Good news California! At least one legalization initiative will be decided by voters in 2010. The Tax & Regulate Cannabis 2010 initiative has enough signatures to qualify for the November 2010 election. The proposal would legalize possession of up to one ounce of marijuana for California adults 21 and older. Residents could cultivate marijuana gardens up to 25 square feet.
